The journey of self-discovery is sometimes surprising and unexpected, other times we undertake it willfully. Either way, insights that come with increased self-awareness are invaluable.

As Carl Jung suggested, dreams always tell us what we do not already know. And they typically show how to become more balanced in attitude and activities of daily life. Not infrequently, they point the direction of life that dreamers might take in order to live a life that is right for them.

The people I work with come from all walks of life but have in common an interest in becoming more self-aware.
I work with adults (usually over the age of 35 and often over the age of 60) of various races & ethnicities, genders & sexualities, religions & spiritualities. All are welcome.

Each dream is interpreted individually. There is no dream dictionary (and I would strongly suggest that individuals avoid such resources as well - dream dictionaries are collectively oriented – that is, one interpretation is meant to be applied to all dreamers). And dreams often provide the dreamer with a greater wisdom than the dreamer’s day-to-day perspective.

I am a Jungian Analyst and graduated from the Ontario Association of Jungian Analysts - Analyst Training Program.
Only those who have undergone a certified IAAP training program can self-identify as a Jungian Analyst. I’ve been working with clients’ dreams for 15 years. I am also a Clinical Social Worker.

My relationships with clients are based on deep mutual respect. I make every effort to provide a safe and secure space in which to work together in partnership, and in so doing, honor the uniqueness of each person. Oftentimes, the issues discussed in the analytic session have to do with how a client can life the right life in spite of  family expectations or social pressures or to conform to collective societal standards. In Jungian analysis, it is the inner voice of the psyche / soul that is our guide.

As of March 2023, I have a few spaces available. Please use the link below to request an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you and perhaps working together.

Please REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT ( takes you to the Contact Me page ) and I'll get back to you as soon as I can - usually within a few hours. All information provided is confidential and never shared with anyone. Please tell me a little of what interests or concerns you.
